Kuzumbo Records was founded by Adrian is Hungry, a DJ and designer who started his journey in 2016, spinning vintage vinyl records in bars across Brooklyn. Adrian is a passionate music lover and explorer at heart, and his travels often took him to different parts of the world, where he would immerse himself in the local music scenes and bring back stacks of records to share with his friends in New York City.

It was during one of these trips that the idea for Kuzumbo Records was born. Adrian realized that there was a gap in the market for merchandise that truly celebrated the connection between music and fashion. He saw an opportunity to create products that not only looked great but also spoke to the soul - products that reflected the passion and diversity of music and culture.
